This is a small journal of the recipes I actually cook at home. I'm not a chef, I didn't go to culinary school, and I still burn things sometimes.
I keep this site mostly for myself — so I don't forget what works — but it's nice if other people find something useful here too.
If a recipe doesn't sound right to you, trust your kitchen over mine. Cooking is personal, and the best version of any dish is the one you want to eat again.
